but I’ve been on my fitness journey since 2015 & let me tell you it’s been a JOURNEY which has become a part of my lifestyle 💪

for years now, I’ve been focused on being healthy & strong & truly loving myself & my body in any season.

so I’m excited to share more of my journey to @groovecruise with my get vibey & @fit2rave program that’s kicking off this week 🥳

here’s a little day 1 before documentation which feels so vulnerable to share, but dis is me!!

I’ve really gotten my body to a place of safety & now it’s time to challenge myself a little ⚡️

these next 10ish weeks I’m focusing on challenging myself, maintaining healthy habits mentally & physically, AND also prepping for a 5k next year as a beginner runner 🏃‍♀️

this time last year I couldn’t workout so this feels like a challenge & celebration in being grateful for my body & the ability to move it 💃
