Curious about which hydration pack is right for you for this festival season? As someone who has been going to festivals for almost six years, I always recommend getting a solid hydration pack for events to keep you hydrated so you can enjoy the event without getting dehydrated.
I was a long-time user of another festival hydration pack but was finding having to re-purchase in various styles and colors and even replace because there was an overall lack in durability. I also began to realize how theft at festivals and events was increasing as these events have continued to grow and gain more in popularity.
Heading into 2021 music festivals, I was looking for a hydration pack that keeps me hydrated and my items safe. With perfect timing, I was approached by The Lunchbox team to give their anti-theft hydration pack a go. I was able to test out this pack at Seismic Dance Event to see if it lived up to the hype.
Overall Usability: 10/10
Getting to use this pack at a festival made it easy for me to realize why so many people love it. I also wondered why it took me so long to make the jump. I felt like I could wear the pack all night long, not have to worry about my stuff, and stay hydrated throughout the event. The festival was super hot and the pack is lined with fabric to ensure your back doesn’t sweat as much.
There are lots of pockets and areas to keep your stuff stored in and all pockets you can’t see or have extra clips on the zipper to prevent people from opening the pockets.
Filling up the bladder of the pack was so seamless as there is a separate pocket for the bladder to make it easy to get to without having to take it all the way out of the pack. It also keeps your stuff from getting wet as the bladder has two ways to keep it sealed and has a separate pocket.
One thing’s for sure is that I want to use this pack at every event because of how seamless it is: 10/10

Even though I’ve got one use out of this pack, I feel like the quality is all still there. Another thing that gives me peace of mind is that the pack is created with cut-proof material so it makes it even harder for thieves to cut through this pack.
I’ll be interested to see how it lasts over many festivals, but I’m confident it’s going to last a while and won’t need to be replaced: 10/10
