  3. What are 4 ways you will push yourself?
  4. At the end of the coming year, what’s ONE thing you want to have accomplished?
  5. If you could wake up embodied as the best version of yourself… describe her/him

  2. When I book back on 2020, I want to describe this year as…
  3. Ultimately, what does happiness feel like to you?
  4. If you could write a letter to your future self who would read this exactly one year from today, what would you say?
