Ubbi Dubbi will take place on April 24-25, 2021 at Global Life Park in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I had such a blast at Ubbi Dubbi 2019 and I want to share any tips for those looking to go. You can watch my vlogs & review from 2019 to get an idea of what went down. First things first, I recommend checking out the website for lots of helpful information.
Tickets
Tickets are selling fast so be sure to get your tickets! You can use VIBEWITHADE to save on your tickets. There are three options for tickets:
- GA: Most popular ticket option available at the lowest price. General admission tickets include entry into the festival
- GA+: Pay a little extra for express entry into the festival.
- VIP: VIP has expedited entry, exclusive viewing areas at multiple stages, air-conditioned bathrooms, private bars, on-site VIP management team, collectible laminate, and exclusive retail and food vendors. (I did VIP for Freaky Deaky and found VIP very much worth it if you have the money!)
There are also payment plans to pay off tickets as well.
Venue TBD
On the poster, it says Dallas/Fort Worth area so I’ll have more info on the venue once it gets announced.
Where to Stay
Once the venue gets announced, you’ll have options from hotels and Airbnbs to choose from. Choose what fits your budget best and you can always split the cost with your squad. Just keep in mind the farther you get from the venue the more you might have to pay in Ubers/Lyfts.
How to Get There & Back
There are typically two options with these festivals when it comes to Disco Donnie events. You can either drive if you have a responsible designated driver or you can Uber/Lyft.
I always recommend going early to avoid the traffic getting there and to get all situated before a set you want to see. It also helps to see the venue and understand where everything is at. Security is usually pretty quick depending on the time you go at. Going early helps avoid those long lines.
I will say Disco Donnie events are notorious for being slightly disorganized when it comes to leaving the venue. Whatever option you choose I recommend leaving 15-20 minutes early before the last set ends to get a head start on leaving the parking lot or ordering an Uber/Lyft. This will avoid you waiting for hours to make it home.
Weather
This event is rain or shine and Texas events are notorious for having unexpected weather. On day 1 of Ubbi Dubbi last year, there was an unexpected thunderstorm that caused us to evacuate towards the end of Zeds Dead’s set. Just be prepared for any kind of weather. It was hot during the day and then cooled down at night. Check the weather beforehand and pack backups for any kind of weather.
The Lineup
This lineup is stacked!!! With stage takeovers from Wakaan and All My Friends and so much exciting talent the music will be amazing at Ubbi Dubbi. Some highlights for me include:
- Bass: Adventure Club, Inzo, Joyryde, Kaivon, Liquid Stranger, LSDream, Mersiv, Rusko, Seven Lions, Whipped Cream
- House/Techno: Bruno Furlan, Camelphat, Destructo, Dom Dolla, Green Velvet, i_o, Kyle Watson, NOIZU, Tiga, VNSSA
- Other: Gammer, Gryffin, Illenium, Kaskade
aka the whole lineup LOL
I think the ones I was most excited about were INZO and Kaivon because they have been on my list for soooo long. They are definitely ones to watch. I hope I’ll get another chance to see them soon.
General Tips
- What to Bring: Hydration Pack or reusable water bottle, gum, chapstick, EARPLUGS (my favorites are Zound earplugs & you can use VIBEWITHADE to save), wet wipes, hand sanitizer, kandi
- See the list of what’s allowed: TBD
- Go early to get a lay of the land of the venue
- Be kind to others
- Say excuse me
- STAY HYDRATED
- Take breaks, make sure you eat a full meal while you’re there
- Not condoning drug usage, but test your stuff if that’s what you partake in
What to Wear
Texas weather can get HOT so be prepared. Check the weather beforehand in case a random thunderstorm comes through. Have fun with it, wear bright colors, plan a group outfit, anything goes!

Hi, this is my first festival,I am undecided about the place where I want to stay, I was thinking of reserving a room in a house “DelSoto” but also I do not know if a hotel is better. In your experience, what place do you recommend to stay?
