Festival Fashion Brands to Watch in 2019: 3 Wishes Rave Wear

I’m introducing a new series that I am SO excited for. There are a lot of festival fashion brands in the space. Some big and some small. I wanted to feature some brands that I think are truly talented and challenging the status quo in festival fashion. So for the next couple of weeks I will be highlighting FIVE festival fashion brands to watch in 2019. I was so honored to interview these brands. It was a real treat getting to know them more as well and I am so excited to share their answers so you can get to know them better.

 

Kicking off this series with 3 Wishes Rave Wear created by the lovely Veronica Vale, a 21 year old, currently living in Tempe, Arizona. Keep reading to get to know more about Veronica and 3 Wishes Rave Wear.

What inspired you to start 3 Wishes?

I was inspired to start 3 Wishes because I could never find affordable designs that fit me the way I wanted them to and I try to do that with 3 Wishes. I try to price my outfits based on what I would spend, with certain staples of clothing and lots of fabric options. For example, I have two types of bottoms right now: Cheekster and OG Standard. I know some girls love to flaunt what they have and I know some girls don’t! It just depends on your style and how you want to express yourself. Once you find the styles you like, you can keep ordering the same style in different fabrics. I love return customers!

 

Any meaning behind the name?

I wanted my brand to be themed. I had all sorts of ideas, but I really liked Genies and the idea of something magical being tied into my clothing.

3 Wishes Models

What differentiates you between other brands?

For me personally, other websites and brands just didn’t do it for me. So many other brands have the same styles, same fabric options, and they rip each other off. It gets boring. What really makes me different between me and other brands is the customization. I like to feel comfortable in my own skin. I want to make clothes people feel comfortable in too. I want people to have an outfit in the print they want. I am also one of the very few brands that does alterations for free. I have a lot of out-of-state orders and it is hard for me to ensure that the item/items will fit them. I let buyers know that if something does not fit and needs to be taken in, then I can alter the items.

Do you do this full-time?

Yes, I do this full-time! I am also a full-time student, have another part-time position, and have an internship. Things can get pretty stressful at times. But I love what I do and would not change it for the world, especially after seeing all the girls and guys wearing my fits!

Favorite part of your job

My absolute favorite part of the job is when people send me photos of themselves in the clothing I handmade for them. It makes my heart so happy! I have had orders from all over the US and even out of the country. I put a lot of time and effort into this brand and it warms my heart to see people enjoying what I make. I also LOVE packaging items. I like seeing the finished product and putting in random surprises and a little note. For Halloween, I gave buyers little spider rings and Witch Fingers. I know when I get mail I love when it comes in cute packaging, so I try to recreate that moment for my customers.

 

Favorite festival you have been to

My most favorite festival I have been to would be Electric Forest 2018. It was my first camping festival and it was so much fun. My friends from ALL over the country were able to attend. That in itself was something I was so excited for. The forest is truly magical. It’s like no other festival I have ever been to. There is not a lot I can say about Forest. If you know, you know. Every music goer has to experience it. Forest Fam forever.

Favorite artist

My all-time favorite DJ would have to be Madeon. His only album came out in 2015 and its called Adventure. The album got me through a really tough time in my life. My favorite tracks on the album are Only Way Out, Innocence, and La Lune. Check him out if you haven’t already! You won’t regret it 😉

What can we expect from your brand in 2019?

You can expect a more diverse range of clothing! I am currently trying to master bodysuits, bell bottom pants, and more unisex clothing! I have a lot of Tube Top Sets posted on my page and it seems to be the most popular. Also in 2019, I hope to send out at least one order to every state in the US! This is more of a personal goal, but I will keep everyone updated. Another thing to look out for in 2019 is our custom plus size line! We will be accepting all plus size orders, that will be made to fit each customer personally. I also hope to have a big enough following where I can have ambassadors for 3 Wishes. I want to be able to give back to the girls and guys who represent the brand and are die hard 3 Wishes customers. Keep your eyes peeled!
