Buku Releases Massive 2020 Lineup

The Buku Project released their 2020 lineup which broke the internet. Buku is a two-day festival held on March 20-21, 2020 in the iconic city of New Orleans at Mardi Gras World. This lineup is so fire and is starting festival season 2020 out with a bang.

Overall Impressions

This lineup is pretty diverse with a little bit of everything from hip-hop & rap to incredible electronic artists. I’ll be surprised to see how the set times play out with conflicts because of how stacked this lineup is.

My Top 5 Must-Sees

1. Tyler, the Creator aka Grammy Award Winner: I’ve never seen Tyler the Creator live so this is #1 on my list to check out. Favorite Song: Okra
2. Glass Animals: I’m still thinking about their Coachella 2017 set when I didn’t really know them so I’m definitely excited to see them on this list. Favorite Song: Gooey
3. Svdden Death Voyd: This is one of the must-see sets for a lot of people this festival season. Svdden Death presented a new concept for his sets at Bass Canyon 2019. I’ve heard some wild things about this bass/dubstep set that I’m very intrigued to see for myself. Favorite Song: Behemoth
4. Illenium Ascend: Illenium always pulls my heartstrings and I am ready to cry and let it all go at this set. Favorite Song: Crawl Outta Love
5. Blanke b2b Lick: I wanted to choose a b2b as those always pose exciting and new twists seeing two artists blend together. Blanke and Lick both had an awesome 2019 and I really think they are going to blow up in 2020 in the bass genre. Favorite Blanke Song: Remix of Illenium’s Pray, Favorite Lick Song: The Greatest
